The Effect of Proposed Physical Fitness Program on Some of the Motor Sensory Perception and Skill Performance of Gymnastic Beginners

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of proposed physical fitness program on some of the Motor Sensory Perception (MSP) and skill performance of female Gymnastic beginners. To achieve that the study conducted on (18) subjects and they were pre and post tested in the following (MSP) elements: (strength, time, and distance) and skill performance. The results revealed significant differences in (MSP) elements: (strength, time, and distance) and skill performance between pre and post tests in favour of post test. Furthermore, there was a reduction in error estimation in (MSP) elements. Based on this study finding the researcher recommended to increase attention on physical preparation before teaching motor skills.
